Dominator

The Dominator builds strength in one unbroken line from the feet to the hands. The ground-based torquing motion of the Dominator works both sides of the athlete. Dramatically develops the torso strength of the athlete with corresponding development of the groin and side laterals. The Dominator is a necessity if you want to win the line of scrimmage. The Dominator is also excellent for sports where hip rotation is important such baseball, softball, tennis, boxing to name a few.
